Tori is a ninth generation Texan, and a second generation real estate agent. Raised in McAllen, Texas, Tori went on after high school to accept a full athletic basketball scholarship to Western Texas College. She started coaching basketball in 2007 as a volunteer coach for the Boys and Girls Club in Snyder, Texas. She developed a passion for giving back to the community.
She later transferred to the University of Houston where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Psychology. While she was a student at the University of Houston, she volunteered at Habitat for Humanity. It was at that time she understood it is imperative to give back to the housing needs of the community. After graduating from the University of Houston, she served as a Teacher and Coach for high school students from Tomball, Montgomery, and Humble ISD. This experience in teaching/coaching, coupled with her degree in English has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing her clients’ listings.
Tori has been an active member of her community for seventeen years, and is so excited to shift that community focus towards real estate. With a passion for service in the greater Houston area, Tori is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a highly acclaimed designation that covers a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction, fundamentals of brokerage, and other areas of real estate specialization. The GRI designation sets the individuals who have attained it, apart from other practitioners.
PRICING STRATEGY ADVISOR.
Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA” is the PSA certification that provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers. In addition to completing the course, participants are required to view two required webinars. Once awarded the certification, REALTORS® will be equipped to guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
